- Sofa's estimated delivery time in the Summer is 15-20 working days.
- In the event of a damaged delivery, we offer a free replacement of the product (terms apply).
- Customers have to pay a 25% advance to proceed with the order
- Replacement of our products will be accepted only for damaged/defective products.
- Replacement against the damaged/defective product will be accepted only if notified within 12 hours of delivery.
- The replacement will be processed within 10 Working days.
